Marti Jeffers is an Atlanta based photographer whose love of photography spans more than 20 years. In 2006, after leaving a long and successful career as a software engineer, her interest in photographing people led her to create Marti Jeffers Photography, Inc., specializing in portrait and fine art photography. She is also available for event photography, having shot a number of weddings and other social functions.

Marti has had the good fortune to travel to and photograph many scenic areas in the country. Her fine art prints are shown in various venues in the Atlanta area and are collected in the southeastern states.

Marti is a contributor to the The Mindful Eye, a creative community of inspiration, passion and grace, providing instruction and a supportive community to photographers around the world.

One of Marti's passions is teaching and inspiring other photographers. In 2007, she began teaching workshops with Craig Tanner and with Radiant Vista. Please see the Workshops section of this site for more information about her current and future workshops.

Marti has studied at the Southeastern Center for the Arts, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, The Showcase School of Photography, Rocky Mountain School of Photography, and with photographers Larry Winslett and Craig Tanner. Marti continues to study and refine her photography with workshops every year.
